Samir, the founder of Strategic Resources in 2006, is an accomplished professional with a solid educational background. He graduated as an Engineer from IT-BHU in the Class of 1987 and earned an MBA from FMS, Delhi, in the Class of 1991. With a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years, Samir has made significant contributions to the Consumer, IT, Healthcare, and Financial Services industries. Throughout his corporate journey, he held key roles at Blow Plast, Pertech Computers, Dentsply International, and LeasePlan India. Since the establishment of Strategic Resources in 2006, Samir has been at the forefront of the company's success. He has managed to leverage his extensive experience in Sales and Marketing across industries to build a practice in the same domain. Beyond his professional endeavors, Samir is deeply passionate about cars, showcasing a keen interest in automotive excellence. An avid traveler, he seeks new adventures and cultural experiences. Anil Chopra
Anil, a graduate with honors in B.Com from Delhi University in 1983, also holding the titles of ACA & AICWA since 1988, embarked on a new chapter in his career by joining Strategic Resources in 2023. This move came after an impressive corporate journey that spanned over 35 years, notably marked by an extensive 18-year tenure at Siemens. In his current role at Strategic Resources, Anil assumes leadership in the finance vertical. His focus lies on spearheading future developments and driving business growth initiatives for the organization. Simultaneously, he plays a crucial role in identifying and securing top-tier talent for various commercial streams, including Accounting, Finance, Risk, Audit, Legal, and Industrial Procurement. Beyond the boardroom, Anil is a driving enthusiast with a penchant for exploring uncharted landscapes. His love for food, especially sweets, takes him to remote places in search of culinary delights. Additionally, he and his wife share a passion for travel, frequently embarking on vacations to explore lesser-known destinations across India. This multifaceted approach to life showcases Anil's commitment to both professional excellence and personal enjoyment.
Anjalli Sawhney
Anjalli is a highly qualified professional with a diverse educational background. She graduated in Literature from Lucknow University in 2000, pursued a Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication in 2003 from the same university, and furthered her academic journey with an MBA in HR & Finance from Amity University, Lucknow, in 2007. Anjalli joined Strategic Resources in 2013 after gaining valuable experience at Hewitt and Approach International over a decade. Anjalli leads the Finance and HR verticals at Strategic Resources. Beyond her professional pursuits, Anjalli is a self-made individual known for her vibrant social presence. She enjoys celebrating life and is an active Fashion & Lifestyle Influencer. Anjalli has a passion for helping people look and feel their best, evident in her love for dressing them up.
Vijay Walecha
Vijay, a graduate of Delhi University in 2003 and an MBA specializing in Human Resource Management, became a valuable member of the Strategic Resources team in 2006. Currently, Vijay holds a leadership position in the Manufacturing vertical at Strategic Resources, where he specializes in talent acquisition for the Industrial, Automotive, and Process industries. His expertise lies in identifying and sourcing skilled professionals for roles within these dynamic sectors. Beyond his professional pursuits, Vijay is a self-proclaimed food enthusiast who enjoys indulging in long drives. In his leisure time, he entertains himself with binge-watching movies and keeps a keen eye on the latest developments in the world of cricket. Vijay also prioritizes quality time with his wife and school-going son and daughter, making regular efforts to unwind and foster familial connections.
Prashant Nehra
Prashant is a skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Engineering from Rajasthan University, earned in 2008. He brought his expertise to Strategic Resources in 2016, following an impressive track record in corporate sales spanning over 5 years with HT Media and Antal International. Currently, Prashant spearheads the Business Development function at Strategic Resources, where he has played a pivotal role in onboarding a diverse clientele. Additionally, he leads the Technology vertical for the organisation. Outside the professional realm, Prashant channels his high-energy persona into sports like Table Tennis and football during weekends. To unwind, he indulges in listening to Mythological history podcasts and watching similar content on various OTT platforms, offered by multiple content providers.
